GO, COUGARS!

I love hearing good things about my work and I will keep talking about it so that more people think about it, feel it and create so much of a buzz of energy around what I’m doing that it explodes. Boom! Okay, I sound like a cheerleader, but who doesn’t like cheerleaders!?

My new friend Thomas Michael Ford has been gushing about my work on his blog today and I’m loving it–not just because he’s saying nice things, but because he has articulated some of what I do in such a clear, flattering way that I thought more people should see it. Michael is a writer who actually writes books that get published. If I actually read any of his books … haaa…. I would tell you how fantastic they are. They must be great because just the titles alone are worth reading. “Alec Baldwin Doesn’t Love Me” sounds so much better than “How Stella Got Her Groove Back”!
Saying nice things about people, makes me think of Sarah Williams who has turned Metro Gallery into such an important Baltimore venue. She has been doing fantastic work with the space and runs it with so much passion, so try to get out more and stop in at Metro when they have an event that sounds good to you. Thanks to Sarah, I have a couple of things planned for Metro this year, so watch out…we are going to kick ass!
